Membership Information
Membership in the ACPU is $65 per year (runs from July 1st of the membership year to June 30th of the following year). If you are not currently a member, but are interested in becoming a member, contact Kathy White, membership chair for more information.
All current, renewing members and new members are required to complete a membership form. You may either complete the online form below or download the 2008 ACPU Membership Form, complete, and mail or fax to Kathy. Annual membership dues may be paid online in the ACPU store or by mailing a check to Kathy White at the address in the 2008 ACPU Membership Form.
Important: If completing the membership form online, by ticking the box in the online application form below you are attesting that, as a member of the Association of Clinical Pharmacology Units, you agree that you will comply with the bylaws of the organization, including the directive listed in Article II- Mission, “This organization is not a forum to promote individual and/or commercial interests.”
