Royce Morrison, MD, CPI
Dr. Morrison earned MSEE and MD degrees at Stanford, then was Resident in Internal Medicine at U Texas Southwestern in Dallas and Virginia Mason Medical Center in Seattle. His patient care emphasized geriatrics and HIV/AIDS – in private practice and staff-model HMO settings. At Group Health Cooperative, he participated in evidence review, healthcare guidelines development, and Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.
At Charles River Clinical Services Northwest, Dr. Morrison is Director, Clinical Strategy and has been an APPI Certified Physician Investigator since 2002. He has developed site capabilities in cardiac safety, radiolabeled IP studies, study design and product development consultancy. Dr. Morrison is the 2007-2008 President of the Northwest Association for Biomedical Research 2007-2008.
